Hi FB GURUS, Firstly, thank you for all the information you all provide. I really appreciate it  Could anyone help me, though, find links to training or guides for service industry type ads, please? I'm a self employed property law firm in Newcastle (NSW) Australia. I'm not a FB expert! I'm not even sure I'd be good enough to be considered a newbie! Our customers would be buying or selling a house or rental property in the area. Real estate agents are also a good target market. Any guidance would be much appreciated

What is the offer you plan to put out to your target audience? You need a bait to hook the fish in, the ads are simply the fishing rods.

Totally appreciate this. I have a lot of work to do. Out of interest, there are a few questions that I regularly get asked. Is it worth answering those in video and articles then advertising those on FB? I'd like to create a sense of "this company knows the answers to my questions. I'll use them". Thoughts?

That would be a starting point. However, you still need to think of how you can reel the people in once they've seen the video - what is your call to action?
