I have a friend with a brick and mortar Marijuana paraphernalia shop. Can he comply with all of Facebook’s TOS and advertise legally or no?

On FB. You can't run ads for bongs on FB. So sell tshirts on FB and get traffic to the site like that.

@lunate It's my understanding you can have a head shop page. But you can't run ads for those kinds of products.

@haya1103 so he is saying that even if he advertises a candle with a link that takes you to the website of the head shop it doesn’t work. So when you say sell tshirts and stuff on Facebook, are you saying to advertise the tshirts and link them to the site?

@lunate Link needs to go to a product lander not the home page of a head shop. I think this will work. Double check with him if he tried that. Or and this would be something I'd be interested in testing, make a chat bot to sell whatever you want. I can build this out to test with one product. If it works, add more products.

Wish. com can advertise it. but we cant lol just advertising an alternate product to get the to your site

@assai so just the ad itself can’t have any of those products. But a scented candle could be advertised with a direct link to the product on a site which also happens to sell marijuana related products ?
