There’s not many courses out there that advanced that teach that stuff. It’s MAINLY you learn that through trial and error, reading books, mentors, I mean to scale to that level you have to be able to go out and put together a strong board of advisors, governing board, managing boards, fund raising boards, give and understand equity, buying businesses from ground up to scale to that level, do roll ups, bolt ons, LBOs, buy patents and patented products, learn how to take a company public through IPOs learn hostile takeovers, basically a lot of mergers and acquisitions, spend ALOT of money into R&D, scale into other regions in the world, open up fullfilment centers all over the world, buy your entire supply chain, buy manufacturers, buy and own import export business, how to create killer JV deals, hiring the right people as mentioned, how to raise money from investors, how to deal with other governments in other countries your trying to sell in, understanding regulations, understanding how to move your company’s HQ to an offshore island to pay almost no money in tax, understanding how to structure your organization, how to form licensing deals, how to protect your products and patents through litigation law, how to run affiliate programs, how to incentivize everyone in your organization, have proper systems in place, I mean there’s SO much that goes into knowing and learning to be able to play ball at that 9 figure even 10 figure level. You can do it by easily just putting the right people together and making sure they can work well together just like how jack ma built his billion dollar company and same with Jeff Bezos. You just go out and find the right people to be able to help you build that sort of empire and incentivize them with equity and chairs on the board. You need to hire a biz dev, operations, finances, expansion, marketing, legal, product dev, and sales departments and more. You need to understand economics and be able as the visionary to identify leaks and opportunities in the market and be willing to risk to enter and be the best and supply those needs best in the market weather that be patenting, buying the companies that are already the best in that space so you control it now, there’s just so much to learn that isn’t taught in any 1 course or courses I’ve come across.
