Very possible. You're provided an option to create paid ads for both Facebook and Instagram when you're setting up paid ads on Facebook.

It's for a Telegram (a messaging platform that is in direct competition with Whatsapp), and we all know how crazy FB gets at times.

@kauri should be good to go, especially if it's your own. If someone else was the admin it's based on what they allow or do not allow.
