I had a question: I've a client that gets most of its purchases at 6PM to 3AM. (US time). The budget that I've set on the CBO is spent throughout the day. How can I make it spend mostly in these hot times. Facebook spends so much money outside these peak times. How can I do this?

Lifetime budget and then schedule delivery in ad sets by hours.

You dont know by admanager-numbers when the purchases are made. The breakdown-times show when the ad was clicked or the ad was viewed, not the time of the purchase. and you also dont know, if some impressions/actions before purchase had an assistance impact on the purchase (seen the ad, bought later from other device), so be careful with tactics like this ;)
