Ok, same story different day with what I’ve seen here. I took over an e-commerce business, began advertising, and then suddenly our business manager got shut down out of nowhere without explanation. When I went to file a review request Facebook required me to verify my account. Now it’s been sitting there since Saturday. I know we didn’t violate any advertising policies, but we reactivated a pretty dormant ad account, then a couple weeks after had to pause all of our ads because we ran out of product. Could this have been what triggered this all to happen? I’ve chatted with FB, elevated our case to a manager, but I’ve just been told there is nothing that I can do to expedite this process. Any suggestions to help us get back up and running?

Hey man how were you able to contact facebook and the case manager? facebook just deleted all our ads from all ad accounts for no reason. we sell mugs and jewelry.

@rogelioroger96153 I had to dig around on the Facebook business support page. I stumbled upon a “message us” link and sent them a message. Sorry I wish I could tell you exactly where I found it. The link that was in the business manager on the notification I had about being blocked didn’t work.
