Question Related To Customer Feedback Score. A few weeks back, we had some shipping issues and received a warning from Facebook that our score dropped to 2. 8 and that we were close to a warning. We cleared up our issues and score is now up at 3. 4 (and rising I am sure). My question, is the Facebook penalty a hard line penalty or does a higher score benefit you (traffic, cost . ). Does a 4. 0 benefit you over a 3. 0 or is it simply penalty or no penalty? I ask because to me it appears that traffic and conversions have risen as costs remain the same while my score has risen.

@impendent204, I don't have proof, that is the reason for the question. I know my score has gone up, that is clear. But there are many other variables in my ad account along with changes that have been made, I asked the question because to me it appears that my traffic and conversion increase do not have any other specific cause that correspond to anything in particular. Again, that is my sense and I was asking if anyone had more detailed information.

@insuppressible25 my comment was directed to anyone who would provide an answer to your question. I'm in the same boat as you, I have an idea of what I think makes sense, but I don't have any proof. Most things regarding fb ads can't be proven unfortunately unless anyone here works at fb headquarters
