The swipe up feature has been a catalyst in not only driving traffic and sales to our website but also in community building. Most people utilize swipe ups for one thing and that is to pitch a product. But have you ever thought of it as a way to build up a community that you can speak to directly and position your product as a way to solve their problem? We have been testing swipe ups not only to bring people into groups and group messages but it also helps us to develop insights to what are the exact problems that our customers are having, what do people think about our brand/product and how to better position our product. With influencers, we have been able to draw their audience into group discussions and list where now we can run direct sales campaigns without spending the retargeting dollars.
