You see a campaign with the following stats. The products you are selling are beauty products with an AOV of ~$35 and the desired CPA is $15 or lower. What are the largest bottlenecks? How do you fix them? Be as specific as possible.

Your ads are not something that the target audience is resonating with, to start with and your offer is not good enough to get people to buy. Ctr are extremely low. So either the targeting is off or the ads are bad. Those who get through to the landing page aren't buying so your offer or the site design is bad.

Wayyyyy too many audiences. Not using lifetime budgets. Tons of audience overlap (most probably) Not breaking your audiences out via inmarket and out of market Creative is poor (check CTR and CPC)

Lifetime budgets is better than daily budget in testing adsets? when you get a good adset you keept it lifetime and change the end date? or change it to daily? Thank you so much

I would better set automatic rules to raise and lower your budget daily depending on your CPA instead of switching to lifetime. Your spend in lifetime does not variate a lot even on your really weak days.

Create a bundle ASAP

@nf5 THIS along with free shipping, this turned a 2 ROAS + 3% conv store into a 6 ROAS + 7% conv store, and truth is, because the bundle increases AOV so much, your not losing any money

@moule Having way too many audiences is not a problem. I guess your creatives/landing page/funnel needs optimization. We run a similar setup and it's pretty successful.  It would be better if you test audiences first and as soon as you see which ones are converting you might attack the same audience with different creatives.
