Hey guys, need your help :) All my ad sets have some problems with the learning phases. I only have the problem after I have paused because they went well for 1 month before. Any ideas?

It quite literally tells you why in your own screen shot. What is your question?

My question is how I can fix it :)

I guess more money would solve this. To get enough sales

You need 50 or more events a week. I assume you are using Conv - Pur so you need at least 50 purchases a week per adset (if ABO), or at least 50 purchases a week per campaign (if CBO).

@efrem340 50events in a rolling 14-day period not 7

@efrem340 FB agency rep said it today on the phone. It correlates with what I’m seeing on two client accounts.

Difficult without more info. Are you using a retargeting audience? Possible if you’re retargeting against a source that lost substantial traffic your audience would be too limited. Like most of us, performance you saw in March is likely VERY different than April

It's a conversion campagne with cold audience, so I spend 30$ each ad set. They ran pretty well for 1-2 months, since 1 week I got this "learning phases" problem after stopping the campaign for 2 days (product was sold out) So just would like some ideas for fixing it :)

@purposely because you stopped the delivery it’s now re-learning. Happens with any significant changes. Normally you get away with pausing for less than 7 days without re-entering learning but I guess a combination of low event count and pausing has caused this.
