You mean the polymer. It has to be wet. It looks like white sandy power normally but when it gets wet it expands

There are tiny absorbent bead thingy ma bobs inside nappies that absorb the urine. Found this out when my darling little one threw a fully soaked nappy once, they went everywhere ♀️

You can get some nappies pretty cheap, I don’t know. I use nappies for their original purpose. ♀️

For those following this post - you will probably notice a great many of us (women) are experiencing severe ‘lockdown fever’ which makes us ramble on about nappies etc on a gardening site rather than talk to our other halves ! Who’d have thought eh ? Lol ♀️♀️
