Question

A bit random but can anyone identify these seedlings? I’m currently weeding and I’ve pulled out literally hundreds, only for more to keep reappearing  I don’t remember them from previous years and they are literally everywhere? Just wondered where they had come from?

I have noticed hundreds of these in my garden this year and I’ve never had them but like you have bark on my flower beds . I wonder it it is from that?

Last year, no exaggeration, I pulled way over 1000 of these out of my little back garden and my drive. This year, not a single one here. WTH, not that I'm complaining

I have some of these growing between slabs, never had them before, was thinking they might be wild flowers as I planted some in pots nearby and may be seeds have spread?. Not much of a gardener only my lilies seem to survive and multiply. Even my Red Robin tree which looked great all winter seems to have shrivelled.

Thanks all that makes complete sense as we have 3 massive sycamores at the bottom of our garden ‍♀️ How strange that I’ve never noticed them before

I think they are small self seeded ash trees !

We have the same thought it was coming from the bird seed I've been putting out?

Sycmore trees. I'm trying to get rid of them because of my neighbours tree which has caused havoc in my garden with these and roots. a nightmare.

I don't know but if they are in quantity it's a weed
