Me for definite got 300£ of wood to finish my garden after waiting a month for delivery and now bloody cold and pouring with rain. And because I’ve just had 10t of soil delivered last week it’s just a see of soggy wet mud. Happy however my plants and grass at other side or getting natural water and all looking fantastic apart from cherry trees getting a blasting from rain drops.

The weather is the reason we have such beautiful gardens in the uk. It will be back to sunny in no time and everything will have the nutrients it needs from a good down pour. You will realise in a few days just how much things have grown. I use the rainy days to catch up on jobs inside, research how to prune spring flowering plants and how to care for the things I've planted etc along with decorating jobs and much needed house work. Everything is about balance xx

it wasn't a question of being a 'sucker' no local fence yards open so had to use big DIY store and this was all I could get. I could not wait as I had explained above which I would have normally done as I need to make my pets safe. Everyone has been buying garden products that are not working we don't all have that luxury

We needed the rain and the weather is always changeable at this time of year . "Ne'er cast a clout till May is out " April this year was exceptional .

This has been one of the hardest days because I can't get in my garden. Brings home the plight of those stuck in flats etc. Been quite sad today thinking of all those without gardens

I'm puzzled as to why a garden wouldn't need rain?

Looking for advice - if you spend loads of money doing up your garden with plants, decking, planters, pallet creations, etc, do you just leave them there if you move or do you take it/some with you?

So I want to grow some seeds but don’t fancy have loads of pots or trays around my house, so thinking of getting a grow table (don’t have a big enough garden for anything else) is it ok to grow seeds in this with a cover (like a greenhouse) or is it still too cold?
