Please my ask for some advice? I have 6 hydragias that have died back. Only 3 flowered last year. However, the 3 that didny got quite leggy. How do I take care of them before they begin to bud?
Please my ask for some advice?

Cut to a sprouting node. Feed with blood and bone. Dogs may love this so protect shrub, or use another feed, like feed for roses, tomato. Which a specific for flower growing.

They die back in winter in England, where are you? Can be cut right back in spring, my neighbour has mop head and they always flower brilliantly

@illuminative57 cut them right down. If you want I can come round to yours as I cut mine every year. Xxx
