Type 1 or no Thankspe 1? Question for those with astroturf. We’re looking into laying our own turf and with the size of the area we need, the price is racking up. I’ve seen a few youtube videos where hardcore/type 1 hasn’t been used. Has anyone laid their astro just using sand rather than type 1 and then sand? How did it turn out? Did it last? Do you wish you’d used type 1? Just thinking this would save as so much money if we didnt need it.
