Not quote gardening but how have you all got your hot tubs plugged in (mains socket outside or extension lead) also any tips for setting them up/leave running etc?

Just done mine. I got mains socket outside. From screwfix £10 for a double. It filled up in about two hours and then just left to warm up. Took about 18hours.

Also just left it running and filtering for now also put chlorine in today left a few days first.

Sorry forgot to say lol the extension lead over heated as we read if needed to be fully wound out but it was too much that’s why we got outside socket. Also we bought camping matts to out under it to give it abit more support on concrete slabs. Decking is going all around ours with trellis and solar lights.
