Chicken manure pellets are great Just use couple of times in the year

Tomatoes fertiliser is recommended a lot

Mulch the grass cuttings. Or use a liquid fertiliser with a sprayer or granular with a seed spreader at the required doseage per sqm. If it's done wrong it will be all patchy and take ages to sort out.
