Hi, I'm looking for some advice. Our garden is currently flooded, we are in a new build and it's the first winter. We are shared ownership and I have contacted the rented council office and they said because no one else has complained they won't do anything. And to wait for it to dry out and carry out with our garden renovations we want to slab an area and artifical grass the rest it's only a small garden and will be done to a small budget. My concern is that we are going to pay out all the money in spring and then next winter it was be ruined because the drainage issue hasn't been fixed. I'm not allowed to do anything about it because the house is part buy and part rent I can only do cosmetic stuff to it. Any advice?
