Wow that’s ambitious but a great idea! You’ll need something that works as glue and sealant. I know mod podge do an outdoor decoupage glue but you’ll need lots - it would be very expensive to use that. maybe do a couple of wooden panels and then attach them to the shed rather than doing the shed itself? I’d be really interested in seeing your work when it’s finished!
