Everything I plant in the garden dies. I know it's not the earth because there are several pretty bushes thriving. Maybe I'm wrong? I only want some daffodils and tulips to pop up once a year but they never come back  intact they die after I plant them. What is going wrong?!

Have the bulbs been planted too deep, rotted in the ground or taken by mice (unlikely as they are poison). Try a few in an old bucket or pot you maybe luckier/

Try planting in pots. Use a glove when handling bulbs as sometimes our hands have certain chemicals on them that transfers to the bulbs /seeds x

I think I'll get some planters instead to put them in. Can I just bob any soil in? Any tips or tricks? :-)

Are you talking about the strip of soil by the hedge on the left? I just found the picture in your last post. I haven’t got a hedge like this but I’m thinking the hedge depletes the soil of nutrients. May it will help to dig it over to loosen up the soil and add more organic matter like manure. Good luck.

Are you planting the bulbs before they're in flower or buying them already in flower then planting out? Have you dug around for the previous bulbs? Are they still there and just doing nothing? X
