Yes, soap suds, my mother says, are good for getting rid of green fly. True or not soapy water never harmed her plants x

Yes it is called brown water. I have a great book called the urban gardener. They even divert it through a filtration system of hay i think

We collect our washing up and washing machine water in the summer and never done our plants any harm over the years

Yes you can use it soapy water kills off aphids.
