Our garden was landcaped before we moved in. The white retaining wall is made of breeze blocks that have been painted white. A couple of times I have washed them, removed crumbing paint and then repainted with masonary paint. However the paint doesn't last. I think maybe they should have sealed it before painting and that the moisture coming through damages the paint (? ) I don't want to pay to have it rendered. Does anyone have any ideas of what I could do to it DIY instead that would last? I want it to look nice and neat

I'm sure Roseal and other companies do a sealant that you could paint once the wall has been cleaned and before repainting.
