If I’m going to repaint over my fence in the same colour (brown) do you recommend cleaning off the green bits (moss? ) and if so what with ; jet washer? By hand? Or do I just paint over the green bits. Or do you paint all of it before or after you have washed off the green bits. Or just paint the clean green bits that you have cleaned off?
