Any type of water play for sensory needs can be anything. A tub of water with some cups spoons etc is a cheap and easy idea xx

Sorry don't have any pictures but these are things I've done in nurseries I've worked in :) Get some old kitchen pots and pans and make a music wall. Just simple ribbon & CDS hanging down from trees. Could even make a lock wall full of locks and switches to get them thinking too! Get some old wellie boots and plant flowers that smell. If you can get hold of some pinecones you can colour them and make a colour wind chime :)

I’m trying to make a wee sensory area in my garden just now. Wind chimes and twirling rainbows are favourites!

I made my boy a sensory board and he lost interest in like 0. 3 seconds  they love water it's their favourite! So the mud kitchen is a great idea. I can't have plants because my boy will just knock the pots over to play with the soil and eat the plants  loving all the ideas, thank you ❤️

Im in the middle of laying rubber chippings all over my backdoor and making a small play park for my boy. He has a rare bone diseases so it needs to be as safe as possible for him. Moving his wee summer house up the back, hes 5 but needs safer play equipment that isnt to high, and safe enough for him to sit on. I will be painting the fence for him and getting his slide and stuff out once the chippings are down x
