Where is the best place to buy plants during lockdown? (with the garden centres being closed) I'm looking for lavender (is English or French the best option? )Wanting to plant it in large tubs. I'm near Glasgow if that makes any difference regarding climate etc Thanks

Not sure if lavender is in but Reynards nursery in Carluke is delivering within a 20 mile radius
