Great question! If it's a slight modification, I send a URL parameter and use a PHP script to detect the parameter and make those modifications. If the landing pages must differ a lot, I create an entirely new landing page for the keyword and route each one to their respective landing pages.

Hi Michael! Thats exactly what I was asking. Do you know where can I find more information about using URL parameters and PHP scripts to dynamically change my landing page?

Why not using google optimize? That's one of the easiest way to customize your site's content according to "querystrings". for example, you can ahave adgroup=xxx based on adgroup=xxx, display targeted content. and it's integrated in google analytics / google ads and co. makes it very simple and streamline the data across your stack.

Hi Laurent! Yes I am currently using Google Optimize and it works well. However what if I have tons of ad groups? This will become too time confusing so there must be a way to automate it

@halter0 that's what google optimize is for. the idea is not only to optimize the page / content according to keywords, but also to tie the actual results of your experiments in google analytics.
