You can’t. Only in standard / manual campaigns

@oneself92 no they’re not, it gives Google control of your campaigns which is why you can’t do a lot, I would start again and set it up manually

Have you ever looked at the conversions Google sets up for a Smart campaign? If you actually look you will see that the conversions they set up are not actual conversions. I've been running Google Ads a long time and I have never seen a smart campaign set up where the person whose account it is can say that they can attribute conversions in their business to the smart campaign!

Pause it and create your own, otherwise it won't be under control .
