There is probably around 100 things that could cause those issues so it's hard to advise without access. But look at everything in your account from settings, keywords, ads, billing etc. Also 2 broad ad groups like that may impact your performance long term.

@miriam8 it only shows conversions attrbuted to ads within ads interface. If conversion tracking is set up correctly.

It depends how Conversions are defined. Go to cogwheel menu (Settings & Tools) and click Conversions menu option.
