Those are bing search partners, you can exclude them like you do on Google

You can’t exclude yahoo, but you can exclude aol.

you’ll need to go to the reporting section and run the publisher report. That will show you all domains you showed on. you’ll need to exclude them in the campaign settings if you find one you want to exclude.

in a campaign’s settings, scroll toward the bottom. There will be a section about syndicated search partners (or some wording like that)

i am not sure bing provides such info. where your ads shown/ click data. in search engines.
