Client manufactures and sells condoms. Because we live in a puritanical world where boobs and butts are OK, but contraception and protection from STD's are taboo, creating a remarketing audience is impossible with our Gads account, and don't get me started on FB. We can run ads (limited) on both platforms, but audience building isn't something we've managed to achieve. Anyone got ideas to shoot at me? ThanksA.

Check out Today Condoms Facebook page. It's in Spanish, so you might have to use a translator. You could borrow some ideas from them. Their content is well received and has definitely built them an audience here.
