If my "Search Loss IS (Budget)", is zero %, does that mean I dont have competitors bidding for the same key word?

I don't think so, it means you have maximum impressions. Correct me if I'm wrong, anyone

It means that Google hasn't stopped showing your ad because your daily budget was capped. IS loss (rank) refers to the % of time your ad hasn't shown for low ad rank.
