For those of you using Manual CPC, how do you like to determine what to bid for each keyword? Est. Top of page? Or something else?

We calculate our starting bids based on profit margins and estimated conversion rates. From there, we either raise or lower them depending on performance, and then apply bid adjustments. Always bid adjust down. You'll think straighter.

For me, include all your preferred keyword and only bid for the performing ones. This is after 1-2wks of running the campaign.

Slowing adjust them to my desired position. Let it run awhile then switch to automatic bidding.

Always adjust according to profit margins. You’ll need con rate, appointment rate, closing ratio and average sale to calculate this.
