What does it mean when my avg CPC is increasing day by day?

Less demand, more competition. If your on point to begin with.

1. It means you have set a high enough cpc so Google can increase it when competition is higher 2. Competition is increasing i. e. other people are bidding more for the keywords you have as well 3. You may applied enhanced cpc setting 4. You may also have applied a positive bid adjustment 5. Your quality score might have dropped 6. Your higher cost keywords are starting to get more clicks What period of time are you looking at?
