Hi All, Does anyone use Canva for Display ad creation? I've made a few ads that look great, but once downloaded they seem to look really blurry if I'm staying within Google's sizes. Any way around this for clear ads?

I double the recommended size and then Google compresses it when uploaded

Maybe this is only available when doubling? I made my ads ten times the size in order to get the quality I expect. The ads platform immediately denies them

@jardiniere What was the reason for denying? Wrong pixel size or were the files too large?

@jardiniere I’m pretty sure I read it can only be double the size. I made all mine double and they were accepted.

99. 9%. The rest we do in PS.

I moved the file over to PS and resized it and it still came out blurry. What is your process?

@jardiniere can you send me an example? I’ve never had this happen.

@kehoe48 I sent you a message. I must be missing some setting when exporting. But Im not sure what

Are you making sure you're using the custom sizing and not a template?

Yes. The Ad looks great on Canva's platform but as soon as i download and open the file. It looks really blurry

Don’t download it. Make a screenshot

Download as print PDF. It’s higher quality and then save it as an image file like png or jpeg after.

What size are you setting it at? It sounds like you are making it too small.

Do you have a PRO account on Canva?

@vulcanism Yes I do. That's why I'm so disappointed with blurry downloads
