No you have to add them manually.

@jessen81 I just made a list and it wouldn’t let me . Only showed my shopping ads

When I click on (Apply to Campaign) my search ads don’t show up

@eclosion8988 are u running a shopping campaign or search campaign? Dynamic shopping u will not be able to add negatives, regular shopping u can add negatives.
