Bing has a minimum CPC of €0. 05. By decreasing the bid using bid adjustments (time/device/country) I've been able to get the effective CPC down to €0. 03. This obviously only works when there is low/no competition for the traffic. Does anyone have any experience or tips for reducing the CPC even further?

Pausing the campaigns? CPC is only a mean to an end, not an end in itself. KPIs like ROAS are much more important, I strategize from there on.
