Anyone else not able to do bid adjustments on audiences in Canada? I have a USA campaign and Canada campaign. I can make bid adjustments in the USA no problem, but in Canada I can adjust everything except the audience. I can still do devices, age, gender, etc. I see a grey circle with a line through it (The no sign haha). I used to be able to change these because some of them have bid adjustments but now I can't adjust any. all advice is appreciated!
