Have you actually seen this work? Sure, the ads are approved, but when using the ad preview, the keyword with apple or iPhone isn't included in it.

As @blum44 says, doesn't matter if the ad gets approved, the copy using the trademark won't be able to serve

@blum44 I have had this work in the past but something may have changed.

For use of an example. Let’s say my client sells iPhone covers and Google Ads have identified that there’s a trademark violation because we are using the product we’re supporting in the ad text? Google wants ‘Apple’ to fill out a trademark authorisation request:  But obviously, that won’t happen! Anyone with a way around it? Why will this obviously not happen? You have to do it to use their trademarks.

@daughterinlaw Apple won’t do it.

Not going to be easy. You can try using the "|" pipeline character instead of the "l" but will probably get caught at some point

Worth sending apple the form though. You'd be surprised
