For some reason bidding strategy planning eludes me. new roofing client. Campaigns are set. is there a simple way to go back and look at suggested bids after you've loaded everything?

Yes you can chnge your bid strategy but once you change anything in bid it will take five days to come to normal as it will go to learning phase.

@underexpose then first run it on maximize click Once you get enough conversion then switch to manual bidding after reviewing your all camp

Maximize clicks does show bidding estimates faster than other strategies actually

So maximize clicks on a virgin account with automated bidding and not manual bidding with enhanced CPC?

@underexpose yes run automated bid with max click if you get more than 15-20 conversation in 30 daya after that switch to manual cpc. And if you ask for enhanced cpc i wouldn't recommend it even after getting enough conversion as it will use your budget 10x faster and it will always target your keyword whose cpc will go max. So please be aware what ever you choose. Also, with max click please keep your eye on your negative keyword else again you will waste your money on irrelevant clicks.

Every bid strategy has its own pros and cons. Choosing your bid strategy is a bit tricky. So keep eye on every action you are performing there. And if you need any assistance please let me know. All the best

Depends op strategy. Maximize clicks will gets you the most clicks with the available budget. If you want to be more agressive set impression share. Or go fully manual cpc. Never go for Ecpc in a new account with almost no conversion data
