I have some shopping campaigns running. When I go into them to view the performance, I dont see it at Product ID level. Instead it is All Products ID=* It is a catch all, I assume. How can I see the performance by ID? I am trying to identify IDs which are eating budgets. I assume that they should be been sub divided on setup, but the person whom set it up, didnt do it on all campaigns.

Hi @cellobiose - not sure exactly what you see. If you click on the pencil icon to the right of all products, you should be able to sub-divive by whatever you choose. I usually subdivide by brand first. You could sub-divide by product type. Then go to the pencil icon to the right of each sub-divisions and sub-divide again by item id. How many sku's in the feed?

@lantha5942 thanks Tony. At the moment, there is no sub division at all but the campaign is running fairly well at a good ROAS. If I sub-divide it now, could it change performance? It's a campaign which has run for a few years now. So dont want it to go back into learning mode or anything

What's the roas Chris? I assume this is manual bidding? if so changing it won't hurt performance as there is no learning mode. Message me if you need a hand - I've run a lot of shopping campaigns.
