As an entrepreneur, do you find yourself taking on more and more work despite having a team?

Delegation of duties was one thing I really lacked in when I started my first couple of businesses. With time and introspection I recognized it as a weakness and potential downfall, or at least a limiting factor. I now prioritize items by things I MUST do, things I would like to do (possibly to be delegated), and things I definitely need to delegate.
