I'm working with a company that wants me to run ads for them so they can find a person that is an entrepreneur who is tired of 9-5 job and wants to chase his dreams or An expert in his field who wants to make his idea a success. Does anybody have any idea of what kind of ads strategy I should run for him? Facebook/linkedin/twitter? And what people I need to target? Thanks in advance (:

You could target job search keywords. That's very top level but you could start there.

Agree. The targeting superpower of search ads are the keywords - and the strong intent behind them. But you usually do not really exactly know, who exactly is typing in those keywords - and the tools Google gives you to adjust the targeting here are more or less only subtractive = narrowing down the audience.

Yeah, that’s all Facebook and YouTube right there. Pretty Comprehensive set up, but you’ll need to start crafting your avatar first.
