I got up super early this morning like 5am. Thank you nightmares. It's 10:30 now and I'm starving. What would happen if I had an extra unrestricted packet? Would it throw me out of ketosis or slow down my weight loss significantly? Thanks

Have you tried eating some free stuff? Like egg whites or some free veggies? Eat some of your lunch veggies sautéed with egg?

If I found I was overly hungry I would try guzzling water to fill the the void and most of the time it would hold me over.

Water with mio or enhancer/coffee/free veggies/ boiled egg/egg white, worst case extra packet. That normally the order of things I try when I feel super hungry

My coach always said if your day is extra long or extra active a 4th product was definitely ok. Your body needs it. Don’t starve yourself.
