@devotee I’m not arguing with that, but the protocol sheet that is used on this site, which is what a site admin posted below, states only Splenda and Stevia are allowed, so I just follow the rules. Aspartame is also 0/0/0, but it is not allowed because it has to deal with absorption and its affect on glucose levels.

Ok thanks guys i saw the part about sweetners in the protocol but was confused about the 0/0/0 part. Guess ill be sticking to splenda! Good thing i like it!

I'm confused as long as it is 0/0/0 and no aspartame why wouldnt it be ok I see everyone using sweeten flavored stuff in there coffee. Wouldnt that be the same ? Please this is just a question only for the admins.
