Whatever happened to the “@aftmost is trying to kill me” posts?!? They made me laugh and get through some rough days!

I promise you he is alive and well. He has had two pretty busy weeks with work and birthday celebration. We are both on track and losing. May need to switch to the athletic plan if he insists on making me run.
