Looking for advice and suggestions. I’m starting to not feel well, lethargic An craving meat an fatty foods (cheese) and have felt more hungry at times lately than over the last few months. I’ve lost six pounds last month and 12 the other months down 33 in total. I’m taking all my vitamins and iron supplements. I’m starting to wonder if my body is wanting a break ?!? I lost half my hair last time I did this diet and scared with how I’m feeling it might happen again. Anyone had this happen to them? Any tips? Don’t wan to give up but ugh lol
Looking for advice and suggestions.

Things I've done that have seemed to help: eat 1/2c veg at breakfast (subtract from lunch), more water (min 120oz), add mio energy drink 2ce a day, take a b12 with two meals, minimize any activity till after your second meal, move to an office job temporarily if you can, stay warm and try to be super optimistic.

I have had extreme hunger pop up every now and then. It’s unpredictable and I make a meatless Big Mac bowl and drink chicken broth til full. I got over this about 3-4 times well into keto and weight loss around month 1 and 2. So far I haven’t been extreme although when mealtime comes around I do feel it’s time to eat. A week ago I ate dinner at 3p because I was hungry. Lunch was 11a and breakfast 7a. Then had my bar that night. Just keep going and make sure you are prepared with what works for you!

@eolande I’m so glad it’s not just me! Was worried I was out of ketosis I’ll have to remember to drink more broth an hope it passes.

@locker I talked to my specialist about the hair loss he said more than likely was just synchronized shedding of the hair likely due to hormones.
