Need advice from anyone who has switched from IPA phase 1 to Athletes Plan and worked out heavily. I know your not suppose to run on the regular phase 1, but I have up to 3 miles and just watch my calories burned, etc(Please don’t yell at me Laura) I do intervals 30/30, so my heart rate doesn’t get in target range for me. I also eat an extra IP meal if I burn more than 300 right after. I’ve been averaging 2lb weight loss a week, but ready to run more than 3 miles. I need to lose weight, not so many inches now. Can someone please tell me that has done the switch what the weight loss average is and if you had a stall?
