I know we aren’t really supposed to start up an full exercise routine in the plan, but anyone do yoga or pilates while following phase one?

I do both yoga and pilates. It seems to slow my weight loss. I did IPA before. But my inches are on target. Also I don't eat an extra packet

Pilates yes. Adding 1 each day with a meal. either a fruit/dairy/carb (Ip athletic plan). Didn’t have enough energy to do it without

I do essentrics. Great for balance, flexibility and body shaping. Also called classic stretch.
