I'm about to enter into Phase 3 and I have a question about the grains we can eat. The Phase 3 sheet lists whole grain bread and whole grain sugar-free cereal as examples, but are these the only types of grains we are allowed to eat at this point, or can it be any grains as long as they fit within the macro requirements? Also, nuts are listed on the Phase 3 sheet under "Fats, " but in the Phase 3 calculation sheet, would I just enter them under the "Protein" category? Lastly, two of the sample menus in the Phase 3 calculation sheet exceed the 15g max of fat, so that has me a bit confused as well. Any guidance would be much appreciated!
