I have read the files about the vitamins, but wondering which multi vitamin is the smallest, doesn't have an after taste and that only one pill cal be taken once a day to get the requirements.

I have read the files about the vitamins, but wondering which multi vitamin is the smallest, doesn't have an after taste and that only one pill cal be taken once a day to get the requirements. Also, does anyone take all the vitamins in the morning instead of spacing out through the day? If so which pills and brands do you take? Sorry for all the questions

I bought a high potency one vitamin Shoppe. One pill once a day. I’ll take a picture of it and send it

The worst part of the diet for me is the pills. I have always had a hard time taking pills anyway. Those big ones get stuck, dissolve, I gag. My husband just shakes his head.
